- More than 7 days before the tour – Full refund or reschedule.
- Less than 7 days before the tour – 50% refund or reschedule.
- No-show – No refund.

If we cancel due to bad weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
